Return Process

  Visit our Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Pack Your Item

  Securely place the watch in its original presentation box, ensuring all protective films and tags are intact.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
